Returns
Due to the nature of our products, returns are only accepted for items that arrive damaged or defective. To request a return, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with a description and photos of the issue.
Refunds
Once your request is reviewed and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Exchanges
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items
All other sales are considered final. We do not accept returns for items that have been used, opened, or purchased in error.
